— The Rules That Govern Your Account

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pks98 ("pks98", "we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the pks98 website located at pks98.net, including all services, games, betting markets, payment facilities, promotions, and support functions offered thereon.

pks98 is an internationally licensed online casino and sports betting platform designed primarily for players in Pakistan. The platform operates under a valid international gaming licence, details of which are available upon request from our support team. The licence requires pks98 to adhere to strict standards of fair play, player protection, anti-money-laundering compliance, and responsible gaming.

By completing the pks98 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with pks98 on the basis of these Terms. These Terms must be read in conjunction with the pks98 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pks98.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of pks98 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. pks98 does not permit access to any person under the age of 21, regardless of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the platform. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process described in Section 4.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or under a power of attorney for the purposes of gambling on pks98.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pks98 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. pks98 does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either imposed by pks98 or by any other operator, gaming authority, or self-exclusion registry to which pks98 subscribes.
• Mental capacity: You must not be accessing pks98 while under the influence of substances that impair your judgement or decision-making capacity.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pks98 services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account via the pks98 Login and registration interface. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. pks98 will rely on this information for identity verification and payment processing.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active pks98 account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities, is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, pks98 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances obtained through the duplicate accounts.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pks98 Login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified pks98 of unauthorised access.
• Account updates: You must notify pks98 promptly if any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in the suspension of withdrawal requests pending re-verification.
• Corporate accounts: pks98 accounts may only be held by natural persons. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold accounts on the platform.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

pks98 is required by its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all players. KYC procedures are in place to prevent underage gambling, fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. The following applies to all pks98 accounts:

• Mandatory verification: Identity verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. pks98 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration, before bonus activation, or following unusual account activity.
• Required documents: Standard KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.
• Processing time: pks98 aims to complete KYC review within two to five business days of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will be returned for resubmission, which may extend processing time.
• Consequences of non-compliance: Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period, or submission of falsified documents, will result in account suspension, withdrawal denial, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pks98 operates a PKR-native payment system supporting multiple local payment methods to serve players across Pakistan. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, and Debit/Credit Card. pks98 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit on pks98 is Rs 200. Minimum amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for deposit and that has been verified under KYC procedures. pks98 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pks98 does not charge conversion fees for PKR transactions. Any fees imposed by third-party payment providers are outside pks98's control and may be passed on to the player.
• Processing times: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days. Withdrawals to mobile wallets are processed within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to five business days.
• Withdrawal limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the platform's payments page. pks98 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence for large withdrawal requests.
• Source of funds: pks98 may request evidence of source of funds for deposits above specified thresholds, as required by anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in funds being held pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pks98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player per household. pks98 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and spins that expire before use are forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus abuse: Actions constituting bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting an error in a promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms or on the pks98 promotions page.
• Maximum bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain incomplete, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or per bet slip. Exceeding this restriction while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino game play conducted on pks98. Product-specific rules for individual sports, game variants, and betting markets are published in the relevant sections of the platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by pks98. The platform reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its discretion, including during live in-play markets. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on the pks98 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play odds fluctuate continuously and the odds at the moment of bet placement may differ from those displayed when the bet slip was first compiled.
• Palpable errors: pks98 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error. Winnings derived from palpable errors are not valid and will not be paid.
• Match integrity: pks98 cooperates with sports governing bodies, including those overseeing Pakistan Super League (PSL), international cricket boards, and other sports organisations, on matters of match integrity. Bets placed on markets affected by suspected corruption or match-fixing may be voided and the matter referred to the relevant authority.
• Casino results: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer draws in certified studios. Results are final. No claims regarding game malfunction will be considered unless supported by documented evidence submitted to pks98 support within 72 hours of the relevant session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pks98. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one pks98 account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any software that interacts with the platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or pricing error for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using the pks98 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pks98 staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Accessing pks98 via VPN, proxy, or other means of IP masking for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions.

9. Responsible Gaming

pks98 is committed to responsible gaming and the welfare of all players on the platform. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms and are non-negotiable:

• Age restriction: pks98 is strictly a 21+ platform. Access by persons under 21 is prohibited. pks98 cooperates with parental control software providers and recommends that players with minors in their household use appropriate filtering tools to prevent underage access.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may request self-exclusion at any time via the account responsible gaming settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and prevents login for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During self-exclusion, pks98 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period of 24 to 72 hours.
• Session and loss limits: Time-based session limits and loss limits are available in account settings to help players manage their activity.
• Reality checks: Players may configure on-screen notifications reminding them of their session duration and activity during gameplay.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pks98 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, software, logos, text, game content, betting interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pks98 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants any player a licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any pks98 intellectual property.

You may not frame pks98.net within another website, use pks98 branding or trademarks without prior written consent, or scrape data from the platform for commercial purposes. Violations of pks98 intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pks98 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform for maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pks98's control;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions;
• Any inaccuracy in odds or game content where such inaccuracy results from a palpable error that has been publicly acknowledged and corrected;
• Losses arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from sports betting, casino games, or slot play;
• Unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Nothing in this clause limits pks98's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

pks98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• pks98 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity;
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• The player has been found to be under 21 years of age;
• pks98 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency;
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period as specified in the dormant account policy published on the platform.

Where an account is terminated for a breach of these Terms, pks98 reserves the right to confiscate the account balance, including real money funds, where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach. In all other cases of termination, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pks98 account may do so by contacting pks98 support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pks98 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between you and pks98 that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the licence jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you must first contact pks98 support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 days for the dispute to be resolved informally. pks98 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days of receipt of full particulars.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pks98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they affect your rights, the platform's financial terms, or the dispute resolution process — pks98 will provide at least 14 days' notice via a prominent platform notification or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect regulatory changes — may take effect immediately upon publication on pks98.net without prior notice.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, will always be accessible at pks98.net/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
